Really nice hotel. Great value for Tokyo. Rooms are on the small side, but very clean and comfortable, with all amenities. The rooftop lounge has great views of the city.
The neighborhood is a bit of a red light district. I never felt unsafe. But there were curiously many hotels around advertising short stay rates.
